What We Collect

To build your Custom Food Plan, the Burn & Build app collects the following information during onboarding:

• Name (preferred first name)
• Sex
• Height, age, and current weight
• Body fat percentage and test method
• Body composition test date (optional)
• Workday type and stress level
• Exercise type and hours
• Wake time

The app also stores food logging data, meal timing, fat point tracking, Coach Kory messages, and reminder preferences as you use the app.

Where Your Data Lives

All of your data is stored locally on your device. Burn & Build does not transmit, upload, or sync your personal information to any server, cloud service, or third party. Your data stays on your phone.

What We Don't Do

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not display ads
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not require an account or login

In-App Purchases

Burn & Build offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the Custom Food Plan. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy

Burn & Build is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
